A man by the name of James was very helpful at first. It soon took a turn for the worse. He proceeded to threaten he would call security if I did not follow his TikTok account. He then went on to say if I did not follow him he would “squabble up” with me. I however, followed him to avoid him “squabbling up “ with me. I picked out a nice pair of shoes, and as we went to check out he threatened me saying “I’m just a foo tryna make it, it’s hard out here in San Jose. I know on TikTok I be saying I got 10k in the bank, and I do but I’m tryna save up for my dream Toyota y’know foo. Help an OG out.”. I said to him I did not have any cash. He then began YELLING AT ME and FREE-STYLING IN MY EAR! He kept on repeating the phrases “I really don’t know why they hate on me” and “My dad’s full Mexican snd my mom’s Filipino” or something along those lines. I am not sure who is hating on him but I for sure can tell there’s a reason for it! He then rung my shoes up and THREW THEM IN MY FACE CALLING ME A “FOO”! I will NOT be coming to this store ever again!

James/ Jaime is an amazing employee!!! He helped me choose the right shoes and was extremely nice 👍 👍👍👍👍 he also was very funny and nice pls give James a raise he is very good …

Papi James or “Jaime” gave me a discount for giving him that gawk gawk 3000. He then proceeded to start throwing up gang signs and stating he was the leader of MS-13 😍. I liked that he didn’t notice i stole the shoes since he was busy chasing a bug. Overall Papi James gave customer service and i’ll totally be coming back 😋. Squabble Up Homies🐸

Jaime was such a great employee he gave me 87 free pairs of shoes, although I had to withstand him talking about "OG vibes" and "Chicano Drip" it was completely worth it, afterwards I withstood another hour of him free styling only to abruptly end due to him chasing several flies around us.

James “Jaime” is a goat! He gave me a good deal on some kicks by using HIS Employee DISCOUNT. He croaked at me Goodbye as I was exiting the store. Great customer service and satisfaction.10/10

JAIME was amazing! I am not the kind of person to rock different shoes all the time but when I entered the store Jaime greeted me and said if I need any help ask him. I left the store with 4 pairs of shoes because Jaime was so convincing. Will come back to when I am in town again. thanks Jaime!

What can I say? This location has it ALL! James is an excellent employee at Shoe Palace, and treated me with utmost care and respect. I must say he treated me better than most designer stores. I purchased few pair of shoes for my daughter and she loved them, and James! Will definitely come back for more Jaime time in the future!!

My experience was fantastic! There was an employee by the name is Jamie and wow he is one great employee! I asked him if he had a size 10 then he even let me go into the back of the store to check it out myself!He then proceeded to get a little touchy but I can’t complain. However he started to grope me and make weird frog noises but overall he was a good kid! 9/10 would recommend!!

I came in here looking for a seasonal item for a Friday the 13th jacket. There was a clearance section that they directed me to however, Fernando G went above and beyond and helped me look through the entire section since I had no luck finding it. He went ahead and checked the back without hesitation or without me asking and he came back finding the exact jacket I was looking for in the size that was requesting. He ensured to take this customer Service level to a whole new experience which many people don’t do nowadays and this is hard to come by! Service like that deserves to be appreciated, Fernando G definitely deserves a raise for taking his service to the next level without hesitation. He also had a great attitude and was extremely positive which I extremely appreciated!!
